When I hit 10K Twitter followers I told my friend it would matter when I hit 20K. Then people would offer me jobs. He said, "When will it be enough? When will you celebrate what you've accomplished?" I think about that conversation everyday. I hit 15K and literally nothing changed. I've learned it's not really the numbers that matter. It's the consistency.
