The moment I started anti-anxiety medication I realized I would probably never come off of it. For the first time, I felt like I could breathe, so it surprised me when everyone was so quick to blame my meds for any change in my behavior. I still love my anti-anxiety medication. The only thing that bothers me is a side effect of my medication is a low tolerance for extreme heat.
