How long does it take you to get through your daily news feed without being drawn down different rabbit holes? How quickly can you clear out your inbox of emails each morning before moving on to other tasks? How long can you stay focused on a magazine article? While such measures may have not have been validated with extensive testing, and are themselves subject to the vagaries of each day at work, they usually help provide a clear picture for assessing the impact of the medication on one’s life.
