Maybe it’s a Gen Z thing but I’m looking for a job that’s willing to love me back. If I don’t have the resources I need to do my job then maybe it should be a hobby.

That said, I’ve worked for restaurants that have required more training meetings than administrative offices with big clients. If there isn’t a clear path for promotion then I tend to gravitate towards someone that’s willing to offer it.
