I’m sorry if my response was unnecessarily passionate. I started writing from the Gen Z perspective because I realized that Gen Z has an experience that is also valuable as we move into a digital age, but sometimes, the Gen Z contribution gets lost in expectations that are not clear and do not make sense.

I think if more organizations were willing to bridge that gap then everyone would benefit!
