I realized that I quietly quit and it wasn’t because I didn’t fight to be heard. I realized that people felt like I was unreasonable and I was in a situation where I (socially and economically) I couldn’t afford to quit. It was quite simply a power play. If people aren’t willing to hear you, why do you keep talking? You don’t.
