I love that you explain how shocking the revelation is that most people but in the bare minimum. That was the hardest lesson for me to come to terms with-- why wouldn't people want to optimize their work and give the money saved to us as a bonus?

Why wouldn't people want a promotion or more money to put into their business? The general lack of ambition is mind-blowing to me!
