Gen Z — It's Time to Enter the Chat

If you follow employment trends, you probably think I'm the reason your staff decided they need a mental health day and free Pizza every Wednesday.

Do those journalists ever talk to their co-workers under 25? The thought of asking for a mental health day makes me break out in hives.

I still can't believe people actually take their lunch breaks…outside of the office. Do normal people jam down granola bars while refilling Diet Coke for table seven, or was I doing it all wrong?

But I will claim the free Pizza. Who doesn't want that?

Why is Everyone Writing About Gen Z… Not a Member of Gen Z?

The Pew Research Center defines Gen Z as the generation born between 1997 and 2012.

So yes, some of Gen Z did grow up with social media on their smartwatches, but some of us still remember Tom from Myspace.
