Can We Be More Inclusive?

Election season is the only holiday season I celebrate.

I can’t afford to take off work to watch a Presidential Debate, but I did.

The season's first presidential debate is a special occasion in my house—bigger than Christmas!

Does Biden Have A Cold?

Both campaigns spent a week setting expectations for this debate.

The Trump campaign pretended he wasn’t prepping.

The Biden campaign said they were in debate prep at Camp David with senior advisers.

The Biden campaign didn’t want to set expectations too high, so they said they were preparing for a well-behaved Donald Trump — not the unhinged, walking-around-the-stage Donald Trump.

This is ironic because somehow, in the week of setting expectations leading up to the debate, Biden’s campaign somehow forgot to mention that he was battling a cold.

I know why they didn’t. The electorate already sees him as old and frail, so why would they play into that narrative by announcing he has a cold?

He’s a man. He’s a professional. He can tough it out. That should have been the spin before the debate…
